General FAQ's

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. If you need to proceed with a cancellation, we’re sorry to see you go! Please contact us at info@natureslittlesecret.net, and we’ll be happy to assist.
We do not accept returns, or refunds at this time. However, we offer store credit and/or rewards points within 30 days of delivery.
Since all of our products are freshly handmade, we kindly ask that you select your items carefully before placing your order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue store credit and/or reward points within 30 days of delivery. This way, you can explore other products from our collection, keep what you purchased—no need for frustrating trips to the post office!

Nature's Little Secret is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Once your claim is filed, please contact us at info@natureslittlesecret.net with your claim number and details about your situation.
For added peace of mind, you can purchase shipping insurance at checkout for a small fee. If your insured order is lost or stolen, we’ll send out a replacement right away.

iNGREDIENT & PRODUCT FAQ'S
Our products are not 100% natural. While we prioritize high-quality natural ingredients, it's important to note that no water-based product sold to consumers can be entirely natural due to the need for preservatives to ensure safety and shelf life. We blend natural ingredients with some safe and effective synthetics to enhance performance and stability. If you have any specific ingredient questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out!
While our products are not sulfate-free, they are free from SLS and SLES. We ensure that our formulations do not contain harsh, hair-stripping solvents. Our shampoos create gentle suds that effectively cleanse your hair and scalp, making for a great wash day! Even while cleaning, our products hydrate, condition, nourish, and moisturize your hair.
Yes! No animals were harmed
in the making of these products. We test all of our products on people with wavy, curly, coily and tightly textured hair perfecting on us humans and
never on animals.

We recommend that you stop using the product and consult your physician or healthcare provider right away. Once you've done that, please inform us of the product you used and the reaction you experienced by contacting us at info@natureslittlesecret.net. We also suggest performing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you believe you may have heightened sensitivity.
SHIPPING
We provide shipping services through USPS. Our normal processing time is 2 - 5 business days except for weekends, holidays, and during sales when we get more orders than usual. DURING THESE PERIODS EXPECT UP TO THE 20 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. We apologize for the inconvenience for shipping during these times and thank you for your patience.
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 1 pm will be processed the following business day. Once an order is received and processed an email will be sent out with tracking information. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Please make sure your shipping address is listed correctly. Once your package has been shipped, Nature's Little Secret LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delivery delay of packages. If you want signature confirmation, please contact us before your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently shipping internationally. International shipping can take 2 - 3x longer than domestic shipping but we work hard to ship your order out quickly to help improve your delivery time. All international orders are shipped via UPS.
Customs & Vat Fees: We are not responsible for taxes/VAT, customs fees, or other related fees. The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a UPS claim to receive a full refund.
Please note: We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund.
