Nature's Little Secret is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Once your claim is filed, please contact us at info@natureslittlesecret.net with your claim number and details about your situation.
For added peace of mind, you can purchase shipping insurance at checkout for a small fee. If your insured order is lost or stolen, we'll send out a replacement right away.
We do not accept returns, or refunds at this time. However, we offer store credit and/or rewards points within 30 days of delivery. Since all of our products are freshly handmade, we kindly ask that you select your items carefully before placing your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue store credit and/or reward points within 30 days of delivery. This way, you can explore other products from our collection, keep what you purchased-no need for frustrating trips to the post office.
