Return Policy

 

We at Nature's Little Secret are forever grateful for your support!  All of our products are meticulously handcrafted to order, tailored specifically for you. We kindly request that you make your selections with care before finalizing your order. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept product returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, and a store credit, minus the shipping costs, will be promptly issued.

 

To initiate a return:

1. Kindly reach out to us at info@natureslittlesecret.net to initiate the return process.
2. Include your full name and order number for reference.
3. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will promptly issue a store credit equivalent to the product's purchase price, minus any incurred shipping and handling fees.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping charges and associated fees. Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us, and we are committed to ensuring your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage occurred to your product, please send photo of package and damaged item(s) within 7 days to  and we will gladly mail your replacement item(s).

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email or phone for address verification. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of your purchase (shipping will not be included). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be additional shipping fee due prior to shipping.

 

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE

If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with

USPS at https://onlineclaims.usps.com

 

​CANCELLATIONS

 Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct. Please notify us within 24 hours after you make your purchase if you would like to cancel your order. After 24 hours, your order will start processing so we will not be able to cancel. During sales and promotions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are only issued if a product arrives damaged and you don't wish to have a replacement sent out.
