When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage occurred to your product, please send photo of package and damaged item(s) within 7 days to and we will gladly mail your replacement item(s). We do not offer refunds for damaged items.
If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email or phone for address verification. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of your purchase (shipping will not be included). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be additional shipping fee due prior to shipping.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE
If your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim with
USPS at (800) 275-8777.
Before submitting your order, please check to make sure it is correct. We can not cancel orders once they have been placed so please pick your products carefully. You can refuse your package and once it is sent back to us, we can issue a refund minus shipping cost. We are unable to apply a coupon code to your order once it's placed.
